I recently updated my Bios, and now I get this nasty high pitched whine from my PC speakers and Headphones.

However, it has some triggers.

If the computer isn't doing anything and I am not touching the mouse, the sound is barely audible. Yet, as soon as I move the mouse it comes in and out as the mouse moves.

Similarly, if I open an internet window of a program the whine gets persistent and will not go away until I close the web browser.

System spec's:
Asus P6T Deluxe V2
ATI Radeon 4870 X2 HD
Core i7 920
Windows Vista 64

I have had this computer for a while and no such problem until I updated the Bios in an effort to fix an issue with CoD:MW2 (Which I am beginning to regret buying)
