Insufficient power or wrong voltage.
You should read the whole thread I recommended. Lots of people solved this with a power supply.

Lisa why don't you back off. I was simply asking what a power supply had to do with the error I was getting, not that I didn't believe he knew what he was talking about. I will see when I can get it to someone that can test the supply. Thank you.

i am sorry if i upset you but we are here to help you and we do it for free i know you are worried about your photograph's that is why we are trying to save them for you by thinking of the best way to empty your hard drive. when i reformatted my hard drive i bought a enclosure box from the computer shop it has connectors in it that plug into your hd Only do this if you computer is not under warranty as if you open it you will lose your guarantee ... You have to unplug all power from the pc take out your hd connect to enclousure it also has a usb cable ask to use someone else's computer and take off your pictures and music and anything else you want to keep . Connect it back into your computer and reconnect the power
