Solved: Accidentally deleted Regedit folder! Is this bad?
Hi,
About 4 minutes ago, I was trying to clean out my recent documents for Excel and Word. I think I was moving to fast, and I accidentlly deleted the whole File MRU folder from the path below. Is this a big deal, and if so, how do I fix this? I haven't closed the regedit window or done anything else in it since my little oopsie in hopes I can somehow undo something..

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Excel

Thanks!

Instead of editing the registry to delete MRU's try CCleaner. It clears out MRU's for many applications plus it deletes temp internet files for most browsers. Just don't run the registry cleaner.
