i have tried to erase kaspersky anti spyware program in usual way but remnants of it still in my computor ie in the program files with an icon and will not let me eliminate it. a panel pops up every time i boot up asking me to install., need help please

You could try the Kaspersky Removal Tool.

re kaspersky remnants removal
many thanks for reply. have tried that couple of times but no use. still the window pops up in middle of screen of kaspersky asking me to proceed to install and still the icon remains in program file and wont let me remove it by righrt click etc. dosnt seem to affect the running the computor but annoying,. i now use avast whcih im very pleased with.

You could try installing Kaspersky again. Then, uninstalling it.
