Yesterday, I was attempting to install the program to run my Verizon internet air card. At the end of the installation process, the program froze. So, I closed the program and attempted to reinstall it. However, when I try to do so, it says "The file \menu.ini could not be opened."
I went into the control panel options to try to delete the existing corrupted file. However, when I try to do so it says "Could not open INSTALL.LOG" file.
I then tried to delete the program using EasyCleaner 2.0. However, it prompts me saying it was unable to write the delete code.
How do I go about removing the old program or enabling myself to install the program correctly?

Try Revo Uninstaller to uninstall the old program, then try installing again.

Many thanks ! It actually did not work at first. It said, again, it was unable to install but. But on the "leftovers" menu, I was able to delete it.
