My first posting , I bought an EZ Grabber but both my XP computors will not recognise the USB plug in Video device , messages are "USB 2.0 Video device has not passed windows logo " and I cannot create a driver , I`ve looked at problem solutions all evening trying driver fixes off the net but can`t make the thing work . There is a light on on the device so the computors know it`s there but it is not installed , I`ve have installed the software program and that`s fine.
So can anyone help create this logo it needs.
