Resource booking software
Hi I am looking for software that will allow me to show resources like auditoriums or Media Centres on a web page and allow people to book it advance and allow users from accross our network to access this web page and see when the room or device is open or when it is booked

Resource Central
Take a look at Resource Central, a meeting room booking add-on for Outlook. This allows for all your users to easily view availability of resources, details (such as location, function, standard equipment) and then the option to book additional services like catering and av equipment.
