Question ipod help>>>
hi everyone i have this ipod but it has a problem wen i connected to my pc it does recognize it but wen i try to open it, it pops out a message that i have to format it but i can,t so i tried to reset with this program "hard disk low level" but it appears a message that said "this device cannot be accessed because it is smaller than65535 sectors" any idea what can i do ???

Do you have the ipods content backed up?
If you have then reset the ipod back to factory default.
Connect it to iTunes and look for updates.

iTunes is unforgiving when it comes to content, its as if it does not like it then you can't put it in there.
An alternate to Itunes here suit may you better
