Solved: Linksys E3000 crashes
Just bought the linksys E3000 router. There are 2 computers connected. They crash sometimes 3x in a matter of minutes. When 1 crashes so does the other. Have connected directly to moden and have not had any trouble. Only when connected to linksys. Have cleaned computer, called linksys for support,(Their assistance helped for about 30 mins, then the crashes restarted), upgraded my computer settings. Numbers 1 and 2 on the router are yellow instead of blue. Linksys said this was OK. Doesn't sound OK to me. Sounds like a poor connection. We are plugged into a surge protector. Computer is Wondows Vista Home, 8Gb RAM, Intel Core 2 Quad, Service pack 1. Use to have the liksys WRT160N, but it stopped working and we decided to upgrade. Last router crashed very infrequently, but it stopped connecting to the internet. This one connects to the internet, but crashes. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Here is the support site for the Linksys E3000 Wireless-N router that you can browse through.

You might also want to click "Report" and then request to have your thread moved to the NETWORKING section. There are some very knowledgeable people(Elvandil, Etaf, JohnWill, TerryNet, etc.) there who can help you.
