I got this problem with babylon, Some elements are missing, and when i click Manage dictionaries nothings happens.
Really i do need your help, i look up everywhere...

it looks as if the trial period has expired, and you will need to purchase the dictionary to get the full elements again.

Actually, i do have a license, but like i said a lot of options doesn't work, including Manage Dictionaries, Add Languages...

may want to use that license then, as it clearly states that 'this trial version has expired' on the interface.
