problems installing drivers on my Canon MX340
I purchased a Canon MX340 printer an keep getting this message "MP Drivers an error occurred while files were being copied: 0001 0000" this is driving me crazy. I appreciate it if anyone cold give me a solution to solve this problem. I'm using Window XP Home

Have you tried uninstalling the driver (using Add/Remove Programs in XP; Programs and Features in Vista/Win7), then with all programs closed, including your browser, and AV disabled, tried a reinstall?

P.S. You should delete post #2, which is a repeat of your original post.
