Hi TSG et al:

Going out of town for next two days (not going far, just not where they have any 'puters unless I sneak into the hospital network) Going to the Syracuse VA hospital for a checkup and a look at with cystoscope....I am not giving details but yes, it goes in the end of you know what! Relax, it is not bad> they numb the heck out of you from the waist down....down to what I'm wondering. I've been having some prostate trouble for the past year+. This is quite unusual for a man my age they tell me....but, as a Nam veteran, I expected that or worse from the Agent Orange we were more or less all exposed to. You see the pictures of that Russian official after they poisioned him with dioxin? That was a component of Agent Orange and it's relatives, though the amount was small it was there. Known to cause diabetes, kidney problems, etc...and for those who handled it directly, some awful birth defects like spinal bifida in their children. Sad- all war is sad.
But> you folks have a good 2 days and I will try to check in on all the fun but you will probably only see me in the Security branch-

Going to be away from the forums for a week or so. I'm on bedrest per Dr's orders so no sitting up at the computer for me until i'm better. (other than a quick peek )

Its just a little bump in the road. The dr is taking all the proper precautions "just incase" but everything will be fine, I'm sure. I quit Bible college and my job at the school today so I can focus on taking care of baby and me. LOL, Emily cooked TV dinners tonight for herself and Jake. It was her first time using the oven all by herself and she was pretty proud. So was I.

Had a sonogram today and saw my little bean's heartbeat. He is alive, thats for sure. It was very exciting to see.

I shall see yous when I am back on my feet.

Much love,
val
