#661 | Neon, not really sure what you are asking. I mean, they are in the works to buy parts of ATT, but that will take time. This is just software we are trying to deploy to get all Call Centers on a baselined desktop environment. Much better to have everyone doing the same thing, using the same tools than having to support all the different regions *differently*.
