Morning and afternoon to everyone. I hope you are all doing well.

I thought I would put it here, I wasn't sure the best place, I assume in the announcements forum is the best place. I could be away from the boards for a while. Yesterday, I received some bad news and my mother needs someone around her for a while.

A couple of years ago, my aunt was diagnosed with breast cancer but with months of treatment they were able to get rid of most of it and she went into remission. Last night I found out she has been diagnosed with cancer of the liver, kidneys and bones. The doctor is giving her a fifty-fifty chance.

Having lost my father to cancer a few years ago, my mother is not handling this too well, as expected, so I want to be there for her as much as I can.

I will drop by as much as possible, I would miss this place too much if I didn't.
