RE: Have a happy....
I did! Took some time off, too to fix a washing machine problem and kinda wet subfloor. Got it all dried out and put down a new vinyl. It's the combo laundry and computer lab. Every appliance I've had break down has done this on a Sunday-- they must code them to do that I swear! All is back in order. Thanks for the good wishes..

Good to hear you got your home back in order Byteman.

Sounds like what happen to my dad a couple years back when so many things went at once. Like washer, stove, water heater, deep freeze. Then it too a small break and the heating A/C unit went. That one cast because he got it replace because it was 30 years old and even if it was fixed at a lot cheaper cost it would still cost more as all things on it were so old and other things would go out. Plus the newer unit cost less to run and is better.

So glad you stayed dry playing with the power in your lab.
