What is going to make this better than skype for person to person or teamspeak / ventrilo for large groups?

the interface isn't as good as MSN but i like it and the voices are as clear as a bell whereas i find MSN on audio can have echoes....try it,see what you think.

FYI its based completely on the free/open-source Jabber instant messaging system that's been available for years. As far as I can see, all they've added is a voice chat, made it share contacts with your email, and made their client Windows-only (all of which MS has already done.)

Google makes it sound like using Jabber is some huge contribution to society, but all it means is that other people did most of the work (although they did contribute $ to Gaim development.)
