Thank You Guys
My very first post on this great site was "Where can I learn more about computer technology?" You guys told me that this was the place. And you were right. What you did not tell me was that I'd also find very wonderful people such as Cookiegal and Cheeseball81... and many others who were willing to take a newbie like me by the hand and lead him through the basics of computer tech.
You guys are truly remarkable and I truly appreciate you.
May you have the best Holiday Season ever .
Shamou

don't sell yourself short, kiddo. I"ve learned a lot of hardware stuff from you. But you are right; I"ve learned more from EVERYONE at this forum in the last year or so than I ever did in school. And it's all practical knowledge, as the problem gets posted, and you can track the fixes as they go.
