Moderators can close/delete threads, etc, but they can't change a person's usernname, as an example, which Admins can do--so basically Admins have more "rights" on the software that runs this site than do moderators, who have more rights than do members.

Oh--and AcaCandy, specifically, has the right to designate any particular male member or moderator as a "pool boy", if she wants!

Also admins can access the Amin Panel which can remove and add forums, edit a user's profile and details and a bit more.
