Hi grandma, every time I have fish I think of my TSG friends that would love to come to dinner. Sorry, I had 12 pcs of fish and ate them all They were only about 4-5" long

Thanks poochee, nice to know people care.

I have so many issues with my health right now (adrenal glands, BP worries, hernia, etc) that some times I need to be reminded that a slower pace is needed to heal properly

Hi Dave ............. our holiday was last weekend July 1 as I'm in Canada! But i have had a wonderful weekend and I am feeling really good. My numbers started increasing today so that was positive! I hope you are feeling well and have had a good holiday also. With the new meds my blood pressure is a little too high for their liking , but it seemed ok today! Every day is a whole new ball game!

Hi Donna ......... good to see you!

Sorry about that Lu, I keep forgetting you're in Canada. Glad you had a nice hoilday.

Hi Donna

I'm doing alright. The organs are working well, so there's no complaints. Hope things are well with you too.

Glad to hear that Dave....you need to still rest at times. I will rest when the grandkids leave today...Last night I had company for dinner and then the grandkids spent the night. I think tomorrow will be my day of rest. My daughter is working today ... we went to church this morning and now they are rambunctious. It rained yesterday and today...wish I had a gym for them to play in then they could be as rambunctious as they want. I know I will have a good night of sleep tonight. You all take care.

Dave, next time you have fish I will have to be at your back door before you eat them all gone.
