you're most welcome! I remember when I got my first house, I had hardly any furniture but I couldn't have cared less, I'd have slept on the floor as long as my name was on that mortgage

LOL. Thanks everyone. The first week went very well. With the exception of my dog using the carpets as a bathroom about a dozen times, everything's been great so far.
