so anyways....my computer crashed yesterday and I am not about to go into debt to buy another one so I decided to stay offline until my other one was fixed or I bought a new one. This afternoon, Carl helped the neighbor cut down 3 trees in his yard and he mentioned that I was bummed out because my computer crashed and the neighbor says "I have a spare Dell tower that she can have..we arent using it" So he drags over an Optiplex gx150 tower and I plug it is and mess around with it a bit and *poof* here I am!
oh and Carl not only got me an Onda vx525 mp4 player but he also gave me a diamond ring today. Its the first he has ever given me in the 22 years we have been together.
I'm not a big jewelry person and have never actually asked for a diamond ring or any other kind of jewelry but the fact that he wanted to do it and it was a complete surprise means the world to me. To be honest....his motives mean more than the ring itself. I love him so much...i'm such a sap! Anyhow...I wanted to say that.

So far, my age has not bothered me at all. I have back problems and a bad memory, lol...I can chalk those up to my age but it really doesnt bother me to get older like it does some people. Maybe when I hit 50!
