Oops... not so fast. My new PC died after running Windows 7 for three hours. I called Frys and got them to agree to troubleshoot it to either the MOBO, CPU or RAM for free (since I don't have spare AM3 CPUs or AM3 MOBOs laying around for troubleshooting). Drove over to Frys and after standing around 1-1/2 hours at their tech support center they agreed the MOBO was dead and gave me a new one. So far good.
