All sorts of people make up this forum, I personally want to thank Mike for it's existance and all the Mods for the effort they put in in helping make this the best forum I have ever visited. Kudos to the Mods and Admins, and in old Navy Fashion, Bravo Zulu Mike (Bravo Zulu, for those uninitiated, means Stellar Job!).

The sad truth is that most of the 500,000 users never visit. Maybe it's time to send a reminder email to those who haven't been here in a long time. Most people join, post a question, and forget about us!
That and all of the wonderful banned people too

It's hard for me to include 'wonderful' and 'banned people' in the same sentence..

Ah well it's great that the sites on the home run for 500,000 users.

Someone suggested sending out reminder emails to people who haven't come back why not send out 50 emails a every 3days that would bring people back in nice gentle waves. But then again. if people realize that they an account here they'll cancel it and the numbers will drop.

Perhaps we had better keep our mouths zipped?!

I just got a note from TechGuy and I guess "I" am new user # 500,000! I was pleasantly surprised. I had been searching the web all day today to find help to fix my coffee-fried laptop and finally came across a review for this site and thought .. this is where I need to be. After reading lots of the threads through the day to see if I could find my specific problem .. I decided to join and post my question. Lucky day for me! I got a couple great answers and now I'm so honored to be your 500,000 member Thanks for the prize TechGuy and thanks for the friendly welcome to this forum! I know I'll be coming back!
