This is a shame... I never knew whitphil much but im kind of getting saddened by so many good users here passing away in the past 2 years. My condolances go out to his family and all others that have moved on from this place on earth .

Whitphil, more than any other was a long time "model" for me in learning that there are things more important than the "tech" issue itself -- and that is the "person" on the other side of the computer -- no matter how novice or basic their skills.

For those that don't know his history, he was one of the earliest experts on both Windows System and Malware troubleshooting -- even helping to test and develop some early tools. (Win 95/98 days folks)

Wow, I didn't really know him, but it really sounds like he was a very kind, considerate person. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.
