How to restore Lion
Hey guys.
I recently got my new Macbook Pro and I am loving it!
I do have a question;
My Macbook did not come with a Lion disc or anything like that. My Windows 7 desktop did come with Windows 7 on a disc, in case I had to restore it completely.
Is there a fancy Mac way to do this? or should I call the store i got it from, and ask whats up?

Thanks in advance!

Hold the option key when booting and you can start off a hidden restore partition to re-install Lion.

At this time Apple doesn't offer Lion DVDs, only Lion USB sticks.
You do have the option to create your own though.

Check http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1433?v...S&locale=en_US for complete instructions.

I knew there was a sneaky Apple'ish way to do this!
I suppose I should go and get a 16gb stick one of these days anyway.
Thanks for your help
