Audit of file transfers
Hi,

Is there any log on a Mac (OS X) of file transfers from another location, eg if you have a shared folder and someone else on a network places files in it? I need to try work out where a number of files in a shared folder came from and when they were placed there. The creation and modified dates on the files seem to refer to the date they were originally made and modified, not when they were moved to this location.

Any ideas?

thanks

I don't think so. Actions which don't require an administrator to provide a password generally aren't logged.
