.mix ext. to iphoto?
I have old family photos saved from old Windows '98 hard-drive. Need to convert for adding to iPhoto, can anyone help?

Looks like that is a proprietary format used by MS Picture It.

Although this is an old thread, https://discussions.apple.com/thread...art=0&tstart=0 , I can't find any newer info that says thins have changed and its easily converter.

If you still have the old machine, you might have to export them in a different format.

If you don't have the old machine, trying to run Picture It with WINE might also work.
(Google wineskin + osx to find out what WINE is)
