I can't seem to find a solution to this problem. I have had a few occasions when I have logged into web-outlook on safari and when I have completed writing an email and press send, I usually get logged out of outlook and my background screen turns blue. I still have access to the icons but I find this problem annoying and it's difficult to send emails. One person suggested deleting some sort of cache (~/Library/Caches/com.apple.Safari/Cache.db) but when I attempted this I 'was told' I didn't have permission to access the file. I downloaded an anti-virus program thinking that would fix the problem but it did not. Running OS 10.6.8. Not too knowledgeable when it comes to computers so if you have a suggestion, please post in laymans terms (dumb it down!). Thanks.

I don't use Web Outlook, but sounds like it's probably using some web technology that Safari doesn't support the same way Internet Explorer does. (Or likely any Webkit based browser like Chrome)

I would download Firefox and see if works on that browser.

It doesn't sounds like a cache issue.
