Command+R
Command+R should do the trick. This might prove useful too: http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=75459

When you look at the various menus a lot of them will have a key command shortcut listed next to whatever the menu item is. If you're not sure what a shortcut is for any number of things try looking in the menu to see if it's listed there. The cloverleaf thing is the Command (Apple) key. An arrow next to the cloverleaf means you need to press Shift in addition to the Command key. A weird-looking slanted stair step looking thing means you need to press Option in addition to the Command key.

Oh, and one more thing... "Refresh" is referred to as "Reload Page" in Safari. That may be why you missed it.
