Is there a way to take files from a iMac & load them into a PC laptop?
i have music files in my iMac and i want to load them into a laptop i got, that is windows XP

is there some kind of hareware that can do this?

Just about any removable medium that will attach to your iMac should work. CD-ROM, Flash drive, USB or FireWire drive, iPod (I think). You might even be able to get it to work via a turnaround Cat-5 cable and directly networking the two computers.

A final solution is to get a Gmail account, upload up to 1 GB of data and then access it via the Windows machine.
