Transferring Word Docs to Appleworks 6
Hi,

I now have my files from my old computer which were in Word, loaded into my Apple Ibook G4. Whenever I try to open them now, I get a song and dance about a free trial of Word and a bunch of screens I have to get thru. Today I noticed there are 8 days left to the free trial. Suddenly, I can't work on my docs at all - the cursor just spins when I hover over them. This is driving me crazy. Is there anyone who can inform me of what I need to know about transferring Word to Apple works?

thanks a ton!!

Jess L.
