Port Problems
I have a iMac that I'mtrying to fix, and to be honest I don't know a lot about them.

The problem is that when the user tries to connect to the internet (DSL) it says there is no port for it.

Does anyone have anything that would help me out?

Call your ISP. If they don't know, get another isp as those settings are specific to each isp. The problem here is you are too vague. I have no idea if your modem is broken or simply your software is misconfigured. Are you using pppoe to connect? Have you set it up properly as to configured software?
