password not accepted by .mac e-mail
A few days ago when checking e-mail on the .mac account it asked for the password which it never did before. After entering it says the password is invalid. When trying to check the e-mail on the web it says the .mac account expired. I bought a year extension in October and entered the code. It said the account was valid from 10/31/05 to 10/31/06. What is happening and how can I straighten this out? Is there a phone number to call? Thanks.

reentered activation key-no go
I reentered the activation key but it said it was already in use. Go figure! This seems to be going around in circles. I sent this in on a tech support request form. It's too bad there's no way to contact them directly.
