My friend has a power mac G5 and she says that it goes to sleep when she's using it. I've checked all the system settings, but nothing seems to be out of the norm!?!

system preferences energy saver is where you can govern this activity also try runnin g disk utility and repair disk permissions for the startup disk. Also use Alsoft Diskwarrior to rebuild directories if necessary also make sure you are using the latest update for the operating system.
