Solved: One quick easy question...
Will THIS work on a Performa 6400/200? I think I have asked this before but it was a long time ago and I can't remember.

Yes, it should.
Once installed, you can upgrade it to 7.5.5 on Apple's site. Maybe even as high as 8.1 by now.......
