Exclamation Ipod 30gb 5th genaration wont allow video upoloads
whenever i attempt to enable the option of uploading videos (by going to Edit -> Preferences -> Ipod Tab -> Video Tab) the entire area is in gray and does not allow me access to clicking any of it.

What do you think might be the problem? is there something I need to download in order to enable video uploading?

Thanks,
-Naomi12

you have to have auto updates on to get video on the iPod. I tried everything I could think of to get them on without auto syncing the thing but this will not work. You have to sync it to get video on it. Unless somebody knows a trick they can share with us.
