Catalog File out of order
Hey I have a 500mhz indigo imac that I put a 160gb hard drive in. everything works fine (except for th e fact it only shows as 128gbs but whatever) when I try to defrag it with Idefrag I get this error: What does this mean and does the drive size have anything to do with it and further more how do I fix it?

thanks in advance

You got it... the HD is too large. You might be able to use the drive if you back it up and with OS 9 CD (or maybe OS X) format the drive with 1 HFS partition 125GB... Make sure partition is at top of diagram and do not do anything with the remaining space. You will have to go to Drive Set Up- "options" or select something (?) to get to where you can do the partitioning. Select box that says OK for OS 9. If not clear, let me know and I'll provide more info. dp
