Tiger vs Classic
I upgraded to Tiger and now Classic won't start. It (Classic) wants to upgrade.

Classic runs perfectly well under Tiger so long as you are not on an Intel-based Macintosh. If you are using an Intel-based Mac Classic will not work. If you aren't using an Intel-based Mac let Classic update itself, and get back to using your OS 9 applications.

The problem is, it doesn't boot. Well, it didn't. It's made a liar out of me, but did boot. The original msg said it could find the update disk. Somehow, it's now found. Yeah!
