Red face MacBook Purchase
I am considering purchasing the 13" white mac book. After adding memory my price came up to $1299 (including taxes). Besides apples website does anyone know a reputable site that sells it for less.

It would be most helpful to know in what part of the world you make your home. Some distributors do not ship to all parts of the world. Telling you of a great retailer in Peterborough, East Anglia, England would be of little help to you if you live in Riverside, California, USA.

www.macmall.com
www.macwarehouse.com

I've purchased through these companies before and have never had a problem. That's not to say it's inconceivable that a problem might be had, mind you, just that I've never had one after having purchased four computers between the two of them.
