A Day With OSX
Okay---I'm a confirmed PC person---with a daughter who uses and loves Mac----I have had recent problems with her Powerbook-----and was really angry. Anyhow, to make a long story short, while trying to solve her problem, I spent quite a bit of time fiddling with the Mac OS. The long and the short of it is---------------------------

AMAZING----I mean heck, it really is a terrific OS when compared to Windows. It is what an OS should be----seamless, secure, and intelligently thought out. Anyhow, you might have a convert here. Can't believe I am saying this!

Hi linskyjack:

Your observation is par for the course. Most folks who actually TRY it, like it. Glad you found it to surpass your expectations.

I "converted" about 5 years ago. Have taught computer science and had my own A+ Certified Service Center. Repairing Windows PCs has enabled me to purchase all of my Apple systems (no kidding.)

Have fun learning more about OS X and welcome to "our side".
