Finder FTP issue
I am using the 'Connect to Server' option in the finder to connect to my unix folders. In the folder, there is symlink to a directory(public_html) else where on the database. The public_html shows as just an alias and gives me an error saying "The alias 'public_html' could not be opened, because the original item cannot be found." If I use a different ftp program such as Fugu or access my unix space by ssh into the server, the public_html directory responds normally. I can access it and move back and forth between my home directory and the public_html directory using FUGU or ssh. Any thoughts why using the Finder to ftp would not be able to access this symlink and how to remidy the problem?
