How to retrieve data in OSX 10.3.9?
Dear All,

I was trying to clean up my iMac OSX 10.3.9, which runs too slow, so I emptied the trash. But now I cannot find the 'desktop' folder, and most of the folders that were on my desktop have gone and cannot be found in my computer in 'documents' or elsewhere. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated as I will be up all night trying to resolve this, because my sister will kill me when she finds out her University folder has gone. Does anyone know a 24hr iMac tech support line in the UK?

Thanks, Mike
