can't access internet or email
I can't access internet or email. Mac G4 OS 10.3.6

Checked with service provider, they ran a test and said I was connected to their server, (my computer was able to ”ping” their server)
All other programs are fine, although I can't run disk utility, I just get the spinning wheel. Unfortunately, I can't find the original disk for this computer to re-install the original operating software.

What modem and/or router are you using?
Have you had access, and then any changes to s/w and/or h/w?
Anything get unplugged?
Do you have static or dynamic IP?
Wireless or ethernet hookup between the Mac and provider's line?
???

btw, welcome to TSG

silly smartarsed question comes to my fuzzy mind... how did thou post this post regarding inability to access the internet if you can't access the internet?
