I have a 4mb iPod mini. I haven't been using it for awhile. I charged it and added some songs to it and it seemed to be fine.

Now, the click wheel won't respond.

I reset it back to factory settings and it comes up with the language choices, but I can't select anything of move the wheel.

It registers fine on the dock.

Would this thing just quit with no prior indication that something was wrong?

hate to say it, but... yup.

sounds like it bricked.
