I am not currently a mac user, but I was wondering if they have an equivalent of what Windows calls shortcut and Hot keys. My favorites being CTRL z, x, c, and v (Undo, cut, copy and paste).

Go to your help window, look in the index, shortcut list. Mac computers have all sorts of shortcuts. I don't know them all, but you can print out the lists.
