Solved: xp or vista for my macbook pro?
i dont know which i should get. itll be mostly for games. before i was sure about getting xp but now i cant decide. i can buy vista for less and im worried if i get xp im not gonna be able to do some stuff because isnt everything coming out for vista now? but i hear some bad things about vista and doesnt it take up more memory? ii had vista on my windows comp for a little while but i was having problems so i changed to xp which i think does feel like it goes faster but i actually kinda liked vista. i dont know which to get. any ideas comments or suggestions?

thanks for any and all replies.

XP.

Game manufacturers aren't leaving XP behind anytime soon. There is a lot of hype about DirectX 10 but there is too much for them to lose to make that a mandatory requirement. (for the near future at least. I'm sure MS will find a way to push this and hence Vista also )

You can only use Ultimate in virtualization, but yo can virtualize any version of XP. I'd just buy an OEM copy of XP.
