So..nosy me, who isn't very Mac proficient, decided to look through my boyfriends laptop. He left it sittin right there. Couldn't resist. So now it shows what has been looked at today and I'm hopin there's some way to delete only what I looked at. I know, I'm terrible. Any help would be really awesome. Keep in mind I don't know much about Macs.

Safari -> History Menu -> Show All History

From the window that opens, just select and delete the entries you want.

P.S They are in order of surf time, so should be simple to see your pages.

Of course this is assuming you are using Safari. Should be similar in other browsers.

If it's the Recent Items menu under the Apple menu, just select the clear option in the menu. It he's running Leopard and it's one of the smart folders in the Finder (on the left of a Finder window, smart folders show up as purple folders in the sidebar) just drag that folder out of the sidebar. Unfortunately, there's no way to hack the viewed/modified dates without a lot of skill and time.

In the future, my only advice would be don't look!
