My java is a bit strange......
Well my java hasn't worked for a long time but my brother went on to his username and it worked straight away. How can I make the java so it works on my username to? I have tried to make it work but I may have messed it up, so like is there anyway I can like reset the java settings?

What do you mean "your brother went on his username"? What program are you opening that requires Java? If it's, for example, Runescape, it might not work because your either banned, or just using a different browser than your brother. Try using a different browser if you are using the same one a your brother but it does not work.
