B&W Webcam on Skype

Hey,

Does anybody know how to set your iSight to Black and White using Skype? I can't find any information so far! People are saying you need to purchase 'iGoggles' which seems ridiculous!
... considering you can enable B&W on the effects in Photo Booth...

does anybody know how to set the camera to B&W by default, maybe? Maybe a script of some sort?

Any help?
