Acer Laptop Mac Project
Hey,

First off I'm going to buy this soon:
Acer Aspire AS5536-5883 Laptop Computer - AMD Athlon 64 X2 QL-64 2.1GHz, 3GB DDR2, 320GB HDD, DVDRW, 15.6" LED, Vista Home Premium

I am looking into installing OSx on this. I've seen it done one other Acer notebooks. Anybody think this will work? With this setup? I don't have much experience with Macs, but there are guides out there to do this. Ideally, I would love to have XP and OSx installed on different partitions. I wonder if there any side effects to doing this, assuming it can be done in the first place.

It is illegal to install apple software on a non apple machine, therefore no help can be provided, per the rules of this site.

As a side note,For what its worth, these installs run horrible and take many many hours of research to come up with the combination for a particular hardware set up....its not worth the hassle to be honest.
